Ayurveda Health Counseling

By Appointment

Ayurveda is an ancient system of healthcare that originated in India and is commonly known as the sister science to yoga. Its main focus is promoting vitality in the body and mind as a means of preventing imbalances before they can take root. Ayurveda is primarily centered around diet and lifestyle practices that help create more harmony with the earth's natural cycles and elements. Before technology and industrial agriculture, humans used to do this instinctively, therefore it is said that Ayurveda is something we remember rather than learn. Each individual is compassionately met exactly where they are to create a custom, authentic and realistic plan which will help lead to deep and lasting change.

These sessions are 90 minutes and can be offered over zoom or in person.
